Before working with New Relic, the team had to log into multiple systems and sift through logs manually, which could take 15 minutes to more than an hour to pinpoint problems.

New Relic provided full observability with logs, APM, dashboards, alerts, and synthetic monitoring, giving World Kinect a single view of application and infrastructure health. As a result, troubleshooting dropped from 1 hour to 15 minutes, and error identification improved from about 2 hours to 30–60 minutes, helping the team resolve issues proactively and improve customer experience.
