Virtuo improves MTTR with logs in context

Virtuo, the French digital car-rental scale-up, was growing quickly and needed better observability as its engineering team expanded to 45 technical and product experts. Its teams were using a patchwork of tools for monitoring, logs, and infrastructure, which made it harder to improve MTTR and MTTD. The company wanted a more unified approach and had been using New Relic for monitoring apps alongside other tools, but costs and operational complexity remained a challenge.

New Relic implemented a consolidated observability solution that brought metrics, events, logs, and tracing together with easier deployment and stronger data quality. With New Relic’s consumption-based pricing model, Virtuo could align costs with growth and avoid overage penalties. The result was improved log visibility “in context” and better support for reducing MTTR, while also simplifying operations and helping the team move faster.
