True Digital Group’s TrueID is a flagship digital media app in Thailand offering live TV, sports, movies, music and communication services. When TrueID secured the exclusive Thai streaming license for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the team faced enormous, time‑sensitive demand while simultaneously migrating to a multi‑cloud architecture (True IDC and Google Cloud), creating a high‑pressure need to scale and ensure flawless customer experience.

TrueID deployed New Relic full‑stack observability (APM, infrastructure, browser, mobile and synthetics) to power a central command center for end‑to‑end monitoring and alerting, giving teams shared visibility and the ability to map issues to user impact. That transparency and faster troubleshooting reduced escalations and preserved service quality at scale; TrueID later became the top downloaded entertainment app in Thailand, reporting 4.2 billion monthly video views and 36.9 million VOD views.
