Lyst is a London-based online fashion search platform that connects millions of shoppers to over 11,000 designers and stores. Growing to 60 million annual shoppers and migrating from a monolithic app to 50+ microservices, Lyst struggled with limited, reactive performance insight—relying on parsed logs and lacking a way to proactively identify and diagnose customer-impacting issues.
