BMSIX Uses New Relic to Help Clients Optimize Cloud-Based Applications

BMSIX is a São Paulo–based managed cloud services provider (founded in 2011) that helps more than 100 clients migrate, deploy, and manage applications in the cloud. Its customers—ranging from large retailers to banks—often lacked application-level visibility and in-house expertise after migration, resulting in performance bottlenecks, slow troubleshooting across multiple services, and inefficient use of cloud resources.

To solve this, BMSIX adopted the New Relic Software Analytics Platform to deliver deep, end-to-end application monitoring and gave clients direct access to the data. The result: faster root-cause identification and remediation (notably for a complex ecommerce system and a large banking rollout), reduced troubleshooting time, better-optimized cloud resource usage and costs, and improved application performance and user experience.
