Using New Relic, BASF built a custom dashboard called the Global Application Monitoring Experience (GAME) Board. This solution provided a single source of truth, connecting technical performance to business metrics and giving teams immediate visibility into application health. The implementation democratized data, shifted to a proactive monitoring approach, and automated onboarding with Terraform. This unified view slashed troubleshooting time, replaced all manual reporting, and enabled faster, more informed business decision-making.
