Ansarada is a fast-growing information governance and virtual data room provider used by enterprises for high-stakes deals and compliance. As it moved from lift-and-shift cloud hosting to a multi-cloud, serverless, microservices architecture, the company needed better cloud cost transparency, faster detection and diagnosis of incidents, and a stronger DevOps culture to overcome deployment fear and reduce time spent in root-cause analysis.

Ansarada integrated New Relic’s Telemetry Data Platform and tooling (APM, infrastructure and browser monitoring, dashboards, distributed tracing, correlation IDs, Terraform support, synthetics and alerting), pushing DevOps metrics left across repos and CI workflows. The result: mean time to recovery improved by about 90% to roughly 30 minutes, faster diagnosis and fixes, clearer cost visibility, smoother microservices operations, and stronger deployment confidence across teams.
