All-in-one observability platform for Toyota’s “TORO” to accelerate a full model change to a mobility company

Toyota needed a faster, standardized way to support cloud application development and operations as it accelerated its transformation into a mobility company. Through TORO, Toyota’s development-accelerating cloud platform, the team also adopted New Relic as its cloud-native observability tool to help project teams monitor applications more effectively while staying aligned with company-wide security and operational standards.

New Relic was integrated into TORO alongside automated CI/CD and guardrail-based security, giving Toyota application-focused monitoring built into the platform. The result was a highly efficient environment where an AWS account could be provisioned in just 2 hours, code could be packaged into compliant containers and deployed the same day, and teams could focus more on value-added work and faster delivery.
