Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. needed to revamp its online storefront in India under stringent time-to-market constraints. Netsmartz was engaged under its Build Your Team model to provide a dedicated team of designers and developers to support Samsung India Electronics operations and deliver a Magento-based, feature-packed marketplace.

Netsmartz assembled an SME-led Agile team (using JIRA, daily scrums and a single-point Project Manager) to design, develop and integrate multiple storefronts, custom Magento workflows, data migration, payment gateways, analytics and a unified customer experience. The solution enabled delivery of the new storefront and scaled the Netsmartz team from 6 to 21 members, increasing development capacity and supporting Samsung’s faster time-to-market goals.
