Outreach is a New York–based behavioral health agency operating eight outpatient and four residential sites with nearly 200 clinicians and more than 5,000 clients annually. Facing a lack of actionable, easily accessible analytics — which hampered value‑based payment reporting, trauma‑informed care, staff performance monitoring and pandemic response — Outreach needed a way to turn raw data into clear, usable insights.
Outreach implemented Netsmart KPI Dashboards, building configurable sheets (including a trauma‑screen dashboard, daily performance views and clinician discharge tracking) so leaders and clinicians could drill down by program, site and service type. The dashboards delivered fast, easy visualizations that revealed hidden high‑need populations, guided program and billing changes, improved staff support and engagement, and enabled data‑driven decisions that strengthened clinical outcomes and operational and financial stability.
