MediTelecare is a leading provider of behavioral healthcare to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities that needed timely, actionable clinical data to support partner organizations and improve CMS Star Ratings. Partnering with Netsmart, MediTelecare implemented the myAvatar EHR and KPI Dashboards to automatically pull, filter and present clinical, financial and operational KPIs. The solution reduced reporting time from days to hours, made it easy to track medication metrics (like antipsychotic rates), enabled targeted interventions to improve outcomes and Star Ratings, and is being rolled out more broadly across the organization.
