Turkcell Selects NEC and Netcracker’s OSS to Improve Business Agility

Turkcell Superonline, part of the Turkcell Group and a leading provider of ultra-broadband services in Turkey, faced the challenge of modernizing its OSS to support rapid time-to-market, tighter SLAs and more efficient B2B and B2C fulfillment and assurance for gigabit-capable networks. The company needed a central, accurate inventory and discovery capability to manage diverse network layers and migrate away from multiple legacy systems while improving operational and business agility.

Netcracker, in collaboration with NEC Turkey, implemented its Discovery & Reconciliation, Resource Inventory and Network Planning & Design solutions to create a unified OSS platform and migrate customers from legacy systems.
