Telenet Selects Netcracker for Comprehensive Digital BSS Transformation

Telenet, Belgium’s largest cable broadband provider serving more than 2 million customers (and owner of BASE’s 3 million wireless subscribers), selected Netcracker to lead a comprehensive digital BSS transformation. The challenge was to integrate the BASE acquisition, consolidate multiple legacy BSS, centralize Telenet and BASE IT into one system, and deliver a consistent omnichannel, quad‑play customer experience while improving flexibility, time‑to‑market and reducing support costs.

Netcracker will provide its full Customer and Revenue Management suite (customer info, order management, care, retention, product and billing systems, online charging and embedded analytics) on top of its existing OSS to create a unified end‑to‑end platform. The program is expected to shorten product launch cycles, grow converged and third‑party revenue, boost customer retention and loyalty, and lower capex/opex and overall TCO across IT and operations.
