Singtel Selects Netcracker/NEC for Service Layer Transformation for its Enterprise Business

Singtel, Asia’s leading communications group, selected Netcracker and NEC to modernize the back-end systems for its Group Enterprise business. The challenge was to automate and streamline end-to-end service fulfillment so Singtel could launch new products and service bundles faster while supporting fixed-line, mobile, cloud and enterprise customers across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Netcracker/NEC implemented a centralized network inventory and integrated service fulfillment, assurance and network functions into an automated workflow for resource checking, reservation and activation. The solution shortened provisioning lead times and improved operational efficiency, productivity and network configuration accuracy—delivering faster time-to-market and a better customer experience for Singtel’s enterprise clients.
