NEC and Netcracker Deliver Additional Solutions to Expand Maxcom’s End-to-End OSS Footprint

Maxcom, a Mexican integrated quad‑play communications provider serving residential and business customers in major metropolitan markets, sought to improve business agility, infrastructure deployment, and inventory and network synchronization to better manage its increasingly complex network and services.

In collaboration with NEC México, Netcracker added Discovery & Reconciliation and Workforce Management to Maxcom’s existing Netcracker OSS suite (including Resource and Service Inventory, Service Order/Activation, and Problem Management) and delivered professional services and data migration. The expanded solution accelerated network planning, improved resource utilization and synchronization, enhanced operational control and visibility, and created a scalable foundation for Maxcom’s move to an all‑IP network.
