M-net Telecommunications GmbH, a regional communications provider in Bavaria serving roughly 300,000 customers, needed to modernize legacy IT and scale operations to better serve the mass market and improve customer-facing processes. As a longtime Netcracker Revenue Management customer, M-net expanded the relationship to pursue a full end-to-end BSS/OSS transformation.
Netcracker will deliver its TOMS suite — including the Netcracker Framework plus customer, service, order and product information management, marketing & sales, SLA and problem management, service inventory and partner management — along with consulting, implementation, data migration and testing. The integrated solution will replace legacy systems and is expected to unify processes, reduce costs and total cost of ownership, increase automation and customer visibility, and improve customer experience, flexibility and business agility.
