Hrvatski Telekom Selects Netcracker's Billing Solution to Monetize Fixed-Mobile Converged Services

Hrvatski Telekom (HT), Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider with over 2.2 million mobile subscribers, nearly 1 million fixed lines and hundreds of thousands of broadband and TV customers, launched a large-scale IT transformation to monetize fixed‑mobile converged services. Facing multiple legacy billing systems and the need for faster time‑to‑market for digital, converged offerings, HT required an advanced, convergent billing platform to deliver flexible customer experiences and support its growth ambitions.

HT selected Netcracker’s Billing solution along with Consulting and Professional Services to consolidate legacy systems, migrate customers from the old mobile billing platform, and commercialize new converged packages.
