C Spire, a diversified telecommunications company that operates the largest privately held wireless unit in the U.S., needed to replace two separate legacy billing systems—one for post‑paid and one for pre‑paid services—to better support its mobile subscribers and future services. Consolidating rating, billing and mediation across its 2G/3G/4G LTE+ network was a mission‑critical challenge to simplify operations and enable growth.
