Blue Stream (formerly Advanced Cable Communications) is a South Florida cable provider offering gigabit internet and TiVo-powered TV services. Facing the need to improve customer experience while provisioning new digital services and simplifying billing, Blue Stream sought to optimize call center operations, speed service delivery and make it easier for customers to view statements and pay online.

To meet those goals, Blue Stream extended its engagement with Netcracker, continuing to use Netcracker’s Revenue Management solution and consulting services. The deployment enables customer information reporting, delivery of TiVo and other digital services, online billing and web payments, and a revamped call-center UI that reduces handling and training times—helping Blue Stream improve customer experience, accelerate service rollout and stay more competitive.
