Allstream, Canada’s all-business communications provider with a nationwide IP fibre network, needed to modernize its end-to-end order management and service fulfillment. Allstream selected Netcracker 9 to deliver Customer Information Management, Service Order Management and Service Inventory alongside its existing Netcracker modules.
