Transport for London, the authority responsible for London's public transport network, faced challenges with its outdated and unstable Approved Product Register system. This legacy system caused inefficiencies, lacked proper audit trails, and limited collaboration. To achieve compliance with updated standards and digitize product acceptance, TfL partnered with Netcall to develop a new solution using their Liberty Create low-code platform.

Netcall implemented a Product Information Register using Liberty Create, featuring a public portal, structured workflows, and automated certificate generation. They used Liberty RPA bots to migrate legacy data. The results included a stable system with enhanced compliance, streamlined assessments, and improved cross-team collaboration. The project enabled efficient data access and created a future-proof platform for further innovation.
