Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) is a specialist UK lender that needed to digitise front‑office and back‑office processes without expanding its developer headcount. Frustrated by slow, costly external builds, HTB turned to Netcall and its Liberty Create low‑code platform to empower a small internal team to build the systems they needed and drive continuous process improvement.
Netcall delivered Liberty Create to replace manual and spreadsheet workflows, integrate APIs for fraud prevention, credit risk and data services, and introduce Continuous Testing Integration. The project shipped four months early and at less than one third of the anticipated cost, enabled weekly capability releases, reclaimed around half a developer day per deployment, reduced operating costs, increased process consistency and supported growth without raising headcount.
