Network Certification Body portal enables efficient assessments and complex document handling

Network Certification Body, or NCB, provides railway assurance and certification for infrastructure, vehicle and freight projects in the UK and worldwide. With around 200 rail projects being delivered at any one time, it needed to replace inefficient manual information management and update IT systems for assessment service delivery. NCB turned to Netcall and its Liberty Create low-code platform, along with Liberty OPA for document generation.

Netcall helped NCB build the NCB Portal to automate report generation and storage, manage complex document templates, and improve communication between clients and assessors. The result was a Net Promoter Score of 48%, positive engineer feedback, faster assessments, central document management, streamlined internal processes and automated client communication.
