Form Builder application lets service users build simple forms to free up development time

Adur & Worthing Councils, the joint management structure for Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council in West Sussex, needed a way to scale services without increasing headcount. As mature users of Netcall’s Liberty Create low-code platform, the councils were frequently asked to create new citizen forms and wanted service teams to be able to build and maintain their own apps with little training or development experience.

With Netcall, the councils built Form Builder as a no-code app, added analytics, and connected it to existing systems such as document management, case management and email. They also used Liberty Create for waste services, social housing repairs, social prescribing and asset management, including four self-service waste applications built in 12 weeks, 7,000 waste requests handled, 70% of bulky waste enquiries now online, 17,900 repairs a year, and customer satisfaction up to 86%.
