Macy’s launched a new small-store concept, Market by Macy’s, and needed to drive local awareness and showcase the in-store shopping experience for the Westbend location. To promote the new location and lift the Market by Macy’s brand on social media, Macy’s engaged NeoReach to run an Instagram-focused influencer campaign.
NeoReach activated four Texas-based fashion creators to produce eight Instagram feed posts and immersive Story Tours, then amplified that creator content with paid media (reported spend: $250K on paid ads plus $50K on the campaign). The campaign delivered 226K+ views, 2K+ fan engagements, a $2,698 engagement value and a 1.57X haul lift, exceeding projected views and generating strong positive audience response.
