A Neopost USA Case Study

Web Tracking System Passes the Test with Capital University

Capital University, an independent college in Columbus, Ohio, needed a better way to manage inbound and outbound mail and package delivery for more than 4,000 students, faculty, staff, and 52 departments. The university had been using Neopost USA’s legacy NeoTrak system to trace internal package movements, but its growing and seasonal needs required a more flexible tracking solution.

Neopost USA provided a beta test of Web Tracking System (WTS-P), an on-premise package tracking platform that automated inbound delivery workflows, improved data manipulation, enabled chain-of-custody tracking, and allowed multiple users to access information from any computer. The system was so successful that Capital University adopted it for a full year, reporting that it was user-friendly, intuitive, and a valuable time-saver, while also improving reliability, productivity, and package visibility with features like enhanced signature capture, advanced search, and email/text pickup alerts.
