GIP SIB, the public healthcare services body in Brittany, needed a more productive way to manage high-volume mail processing while moving to industrial postal rates and ensuring the integrity of outgoing mail. To meet this challenge, SIB worked with Neopost USA on a solution that included a DS-1200 folder inserter, an IJ-110 Mixed postage machine, and software for postal tracking and mail processing monitoring.

Neopost USA implemented and configured the system so SIB could resume operations within three days, with one month of on-site technician support for training and setup. The solution improved productivity, provided end-to-end traceability of mailed items, and helped SIB maintain quality and delivery times for more than 1.2 million pay slips and 1.4 million patient bills sent each year.
