Nation Largest Retail Home Mortgage Company partnered with Neopost USA to keep document processing efficient as its business grew rapidly. With monthly output rising from more than 100,000 to nearly 200,000 documents, the customer needed to maintain high service levels and document quality without adding administrative burden. Neopost USA initially recommended the DS-200 folding and inserting system, then reassessed the company’s expanding workflow and future needs.

Neopost USA implemented the DS-1200 high-performance folding inserting system to match the customer’s increased mail volume and support long-term growth. The DS-1200 can process up to 12,000 envelopes per hour and required only one operator, helping the customer reduce processing time, redeploy employee hours to more productive work, and process more than 207,000 pieces in one facility in March 2014. The customer also gained the capacity to pursue third-party document processing work with Neopost USA’s ongoing guidance.
