Pasadena City College sought to increase enrollment among Black students, a demographic that represented under 4% of its student body. A significant challenge was their inability to identify and re-engage with the over 100,000 average monthly anonymous visitors to their website. To address this, they turned to NaviStone for a remarketing solution.
NaviStone implemented a campaign focused on retargeting anonymous visitors who had specifically viewed the college's Black Student Success Center page. This solution drove over 10,000 monthly visitors to the center's site and achieved a 61.7% response rate over nine months, successfully strengthening Black student enrollment for Pasadena City College.
