Moneyfarm, a digital wealth manager serving customers in the UK and Italy, faced poor voice quality, fragmented phone systems, limited call routing, and an inability to record or track calls to meet FCA/GDPR requirements. Natterbox implemented smart call routing, mobile integration, call recording linked to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and voice-quality improvements, giving Moneyfarm scalable, compliant voice infrastructure across countries. As a result Moneyfarm can now track inbound and outbound calls, measure call durations and resolution outcomes, feed interaction data into business analysis and training, and support growth and future ML-driven insights — all while maintaining compliance and improved customer access.
