Natterbox implemented a highly available cloud PBX, integrated CTI and call recording so all inbound and outbound calls and recordings are logged in Salesforce, enabling faster agent engagement, personalised service and regulatory compliance. As a result of Natterbox’s solution Insure 247 doubled its team in just over a year, on-boarded new staff in minutes, reduced marketing spend by converting inbound calls to leads, and achieved clearer, localised customer handling across multiple states and New Zealand.
