Why Burrow Switched From AfterShip to Narvar

Burrow, the D2C furniture maker, was struggling with pandemic-driven supply chain delays and split shipments that exposed gaps in its post-purchase experience. After using AfterShip, Burrow needed better package-level visibility, more accurate customer notifications, and stronger support for CRM and loyalty efforts, so it evaluated Narvar alongside other vendors.
