Sonos, a leader in premium wireless home audio, needed to improve its post-purchase experience and reduce “Where Is My Order” (WISMO) inquiries ahead of the holiday peak. With products that benefit from onboarding (app setup, Trueplay tuning) and a global customer base, Sonos also faced the technical challenge of launching a multi-language, multi-region solution quickly before the Cyber Five period.
Working with Narvar, Sonos deployed a branded Track page that combined proactive shipment communications with onboarding content rather than pure merchandising. The result: a 34% reduction in WISMO contacts in North America and 43.5% in EMEA from the initial launch, an additional 3% drop after the onboarding-focused revamp, a 24% lift in tracking-page CTR, and traffic from the tracking page converting 50% higher than typical site traffic.
