Martin’s Hotels, a group of 14 hotels across ten Belgian cities, needed a faster and more accurate way to manage pricing and market monitoring across its portfolio. The revenue team was spending vast amounts of time manually checking OTA rates, building Excel files, and analyzing market data, which made it difficult to react quickly to competitor moves and demand changes.
