Bleacher Report, a sports and culture news and broadcasting site, faced a growing engineering and maintenance burden as they adopted multiple third‑party analytics apps to understand customer journeys. To simplify their data stack and reduce implementation overhead, Bleacher Report implemented mParticle’s single, seamless SDK as their customer data foundation.

Using mParticle, Bleacher Report consolidated event ingestion across digital properties, unified events into customer profiles, and routed data downstream (including landing events on Amazon S3 and loading them into visualization tools). mParticle’s solution delivered a holistic view of the business, saved the product team hours of engineering work and ongoing maintenance, and made it faster and cheaper to test new analytics tools.
