Postmates, an on-demand delivery platform operating in over 45 U.S. cities, faced fragmented customer data across 14 different tools and heavy engineering overhead for testing and maintaining vendor integrations. To solve this, Postmates engaged mParticle and adopted the mParticle SDK and platform as a centralized mobile data hub.

mParticle consolidated vendor SDKs, created data equality across web and app events, and enabled Feeds, User Splits, and direct data streaming (Redshift/AWS/SQL) to simplify analytics and vendor testing. As a result, Postmates unified data from 14 tools, saved thousands of engineering hours, and tested and onboarded a new marketing vendor 50% faster while gaining immediate access to queryable data for segmentation, churn, uplift, and fraud modeling.
