That agility cut vendor onboarding from weeks/months to minutes, enabled install and in‑app event forwarding without additional SDKs, allowed pausing a major marketing data flow in under two minutes during COVID, helped free hundreds–thousands of engineering hours, and supported Airbnb’s decision to pause marketing (contributing to $800M in savings and a return to profitability in Q3 2020).
