With Moveworks, The Wonderful Company automated IT assistance so employees could get answers in seconds instead of waiting for human support. Three months after rollout, 35% of employees were asking Wond-E first for IT help, more than 500 IT issues were resolved each month, over 1,000 issues were accelerated monthly, and the workload of two help desk FTEs was automated—freeing IT staff for higher-value work.
