Power Design, a large multi-trade contractor with more than 2,800 employees across 23+ U.S. states, needed a better way to support a dispersed workforce. The company turned to Moveworks and its AI copilot, HelpBot, to modernize employee support.

Moveworks implemented out-of-the-box AI automation and Creator Studio to power proactive, unified service across Jira Service Desk, Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, and other systems. The solution automated more than 1,000 hours of repetitive work, helped Power Design handle password resets and other common issues automatically, and contributed to the company earning 4-star Service Desk Institute certification and being named Service Desk of the Year.
