With Moveworks, Achieve enabled employees to handle IT tasks through natural language chat, including password resets, software access, mailing list changes, FAQs, coworker lookups, and ticket filing. The rollout was implemented incrementally with strong audit-trail and approval controls, and it delivered major results, including 95% of password resets being fully automated, faster issue resolution, more time for IT agents to focus on strategic work, and stronger adoption of Slack as a communication channel.
