How Lenovo Boosted Engagement with Movable Ink’s Signals

Lenovo, the global Fortune 500 technology company, wanted to go beyond its existing promotional emails and create a more hyper-personalized experience for each customer. While Lenovo already used Movable Ink web crops to deliver up-to-date product deals and improve email team productivity, it needed a way to make content even more relevant and individualized.

Lenovo implemented Movable Ink’s Signals behavioral expansion with Oracle Marketing Cloud, using customer interest signals to show tailored product content and fallback messaging when needed. The campaign delivered a more granular, 1:1 email experience and drove major results: Lenovo’s click-through rate increased from 0.18% to 3.12%, more than 17x higher than the baseline.
