A Mopinion Case Study
The Economic Board, a Triple Helix partnership of government, knowledge institutes and businesses in the Arnhem–Nijmegen–Wageningen region, works to showcase the area's potential—especially in Food, Health and Energy—and connect stakeholders under the #Lifeport brand. To ensure their website reaches the right audiences and that visitors can easily find needed information, they turned to Mopinion to measure engagement and Customer Effort Score.
Mopinion’s feedback software was deployed as a branded, passive feedback button and pop-up form, using the MMM approach (Monitor, Manage, Master) with open, closed and multiple-choice questions to capture user input without disrupting browsing. It’s still early to draw firm conclusions, but the data will be used to evaluate content fit and UX and to iteratively refine the Board’s content strategy.
