SportScheck, one of the largest sports retailers in the DACH region with 34 stores and an online shop of 35,000+ items from 500+ brands, set out to become the go-to meeting place for everything sport-related. To do that they needed better, actionable user insight—to improve product information, measure search effectiveness and understand why some visitors don’t convert—using a feedback tool that non-research teams could operate easily.
They selected Mopinion for its feature set, price–performance and intuitive interface, and now run customised surveys across product pages (1–5 star ratings), post-search satisfaction prompts and targeted onboarding emails. The combined qualitative and quantitative feedback lets the UX team monitor search performance, prioritise product description improvements and plan segmented email tests, supporting ongoing UX and conversion optimisations.
