Kia Motors Netherlands, a top-10 player in the Dutch car market with about 100 dealers, wanted to turn customers into brand ambassadors by displaying their reviews and using that content for email and magazine marketing. After evaluating providers, Kia selected Mopinion because its feedback tools offered good value, were easy to implement and could be tailored to Kia’s corporate identity.
Using Mopinion, Kia publishes customer reviews on its website and repurposes them for marketing while also capturing early feedback about site issues—such as hard-to-find pricing—which they quickly fixed. The result: richer marketing content, a smoother website experience, and greater trust as shoppers increasingly rely on peer reviews rather than just the sales team.
