Intergamma, the company behind GAMMA and KARWEI and the largest DIY retailer in the Benelux with nearly 400 stores, aimed to become the region’s best omnichannel retailer by keeping customers first and optimising stores, website and apps. They already collected valuable in-store feedback via kiosks but needed a better way to capture, route and analyse large volumes of website feedback; their existing tool lacked the reporting and distribution capabilities required, so they ran a pilot with Mopinion to compare ease of use, reporting and impact on conversions.

Mopinion’s feedback analytics consolidated passive and active feedback in one dashboard with flexible filters and reporting, enabling quick, cross‑team access to actionable insights. An A/B test surprisingly showed significant conversion uplifts where feedback was collected, the team discovered and fixed usability bugs (for example decimal/comma input issues), and internal engagement with the data rose markedly — leading Intergamma to roll out Mopinion after the successful pilot.
