Reale Group’s Reale Seguros, an international insurance group operating in Italy, Spain and Chile, needed a better way to understand customer experience across its website and user portal. Mopinion provided a user-friendly Voice of Customer feedback solution with surveys on the homepage and within the portal, plus real-time alerts for negative feedback. The results helped Reale Seguros identify a login issue blocking portal access, improve policy display, and close the loop on more than 200 feedback items since February 2022, supporting stronger customer loyalty and satisfaction.
