How UNN uses Mopinion feedback to gain insights

United News Network (UNN) is a Karlsruhe-based press service provider behind PR solutions like PresseBox and lifePR. Tasked with guaranteeing a smooth, intuitive online experience for customers who post releases and manage features in their portal, UNN needed a reliable, automated way to capture user feedback because their customer-care team cannot always engage personally.

UNN integrated Mopinion feedback surveys across the portal—notably in the newsroom—to collect in-process user input. The surveys quickly revealed concrete needs (for example, an input field/button to message the company from the newsroom); UNN has already implemented several requests and is developing the newsroom messaging feature, reporting positive insights and stronger, scalable customer engagement.
