How Lely gathers feedback worldwide with Multi-Language Reporting

Lely, a Dutch agricultural machine and robot manufacturer, needed a better way to collect user feedback across more than 40 countries. Before working with Mopinion, feedback came from many sources, was delayed, and often arrived too late or without enough context to be useful for system improvements. The company also faced a major language challenge, since feedback needed to be gathered from farmers in different regions.

Mopinion helped Lely use multi-language reporting and feedback translation so responses could be automatically collected in one language, with English as the main inbox language for easier analysis. With Mopinion, Lely could gather real-time feedback directly from the source, supported by metadata showing when, where, and in which system version it was given. Early results showed a strong spike in responses and clearer insight into UX issues, helping Lely identify improvements and validate changes more effectively.
