HomeQgo, the Dutch company focused on making homes more sustainable, needed a better way to understand visitors across a complex online customer journey that can span years. The company wanted to uncover the questions, doubts, and obstacles homeowners face when requesting advice or quotes for sustainability products, and selected the Mopinion feedback platform to gather those insights.
With Mopinion, HomeQgo began asking targeted feedback questions on its website to identify where visitors struggled and why they did not continue to installation. According to HomeQgo, the platform helped them get started quickly, integrate feedback into their workflow, and use the insights to prioritize improvements; while the project was still in its early stages, Mopinion was already helping them better optimize the customer journey and support future expansion.
