Mopinion helped homeQgo automate feedback collection through CRM-linked email surveys, embedded NPS questions, and CES forms on key website pages. Responses were sent into Google Analytics and internal reporting tools, enabling faster analysis and follow-up; the NPS email surveys achieved about an 18% response rate, and the company reported greater efficiency, continuous feedback, and more data-driven decisions across teams.
